The State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell, Maharashtra has officially published the MHT CET 2026 Final Merit List for candidates seeking admission to Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) and Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) programmes through the Centralised Admission Process (CAP) 2026.

Candidates who completed the CAP registration and document verification process can now log in to the official admission portal to check their Maharashtra State Merit Rank and All India Merit Rank. The final merit list will be used for seat allotment during the upcoming CAP Round 1 counselling.

Candidates can now:

• Check their Final Merit Rank.
• View their Maharashtra State Merit Rank and All India Merit Rank.
• Verify their eligibility for CAP Round 1.
• Prepare their college and branch preferences before choice filling begins.

CAP Round 1 Counselling to Begin

Following the release of the final merit list, the CET Cell will commence CAP Round 1. Candidates will be required to:

• Fill and confirm their preferred colleges and branches.
• Submit the online option form.
• Participate in the first round of seat allotment based on merit, reservation policy, preferences, and seat availability.

According to the official counselling schedule, CAP Round 1 option entry will begin on 28 July 2026.
