The National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM) has further extended the last date for admission to UG AYUSH courses up to 20 December 2025. Along with this extension, NCISM has officially announced the 4th and Final Stray Vacancy Round for allotment of UG AYUSH seats.

This final stray vacancy round will be conducted for all UG AYUSH seats that remain unfilled after the 3rd stray vacancy round, including seats that may become vacant due to cancellation or candidates not reporting.

Important Instructions for Candidates

• Candidates who are interested in participating in the 4th Stray Vacancy Round must:

  • Deposit all original documents with KEA

  • Submit the entire course fee through Demand Draft (DD) payable to
    Executive Director, KEA, Bengaluru

  • Report in person to KEA, Bangalore on 17 December 2025, between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM

• Candidates who submit documents on 17 December 2025 will be allowed to:

  • Enter options from 6:00 PM on 17 December 2025

  • Option entry will remain open until 11:00 AM on 18 December 2025

• Candidates without original documents should not attend, as participation is strictly document-based.

Special Eligibility Clarifications

• UGNEET qualified candidates who did not register earlier with KEA (Clause-Y only) are also eligible to appear with all original documents and Demand Draft, subject to seat availability.

• Candidates who have not been allotted any AYUSH seat in earlier stray vacancy rounds are eligible to participate in this final 4th Stray Vacancy Round.
