The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has officially declared the NEET MDS 2026 result for candidates seeking admission to various Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) courses for the 2026–27 admission session. Candidates who appeared for the entrance examination conducted on May 2, 2026, can now check their NEET MDS 2026 scores and ranks through the official NBEMS portal.

As per the official notice issued on June 2, 2026, the result includes the marks obtained by candidates along with their NEET MDS 2026 rank, which reflects the candidate’s overall merit position among all test takers. Candidates are advised to carefully verify their rank and qualifying status for admission purposes.

NBEMS has also released the category-wise qualifying cut-off scores for NEET MDS 2026. The General/EWS category requires the 50th percentile with a cut-off score of 308, while General PwBD candidates need the 45th percentile with a score of 289. For SC/ST/OBC categories (including PwBD candidates), the qualifying requirement is the 40th percentile with a cut-off score of 271.

Candidates should note that individual NEET MDS 2026 scorecards will be available for download on or after June 10, 2026, through the NBEMS website. The authority has clarified that scorecards will remain available online for only six months, and candidates should download and preserve them for future counselling and admission use.

NBEMS further stated that all technically incorrect questions identified after expert review were awarded full marks to all candidates, irrespective of whether the question was attempted. The candidature of candidates remains provisional, subject to eligibility verification and document validation during admission and counselling.
