The National Testing Agency has officially extended the facility for submission of bank account details for NEET (UG) 2026 examination fee refund. As per the latest public notice issued on May 27, 2026, candidates can now submit or update their preferred bank account details till June 22, 2026 (up to 11:50 PM) through the NEET UG 2026 registration portal.
Earlier, the facility was available from May 22 to May 27, 2026, and nearly 13 lakh candidates have already updated their refund-related bank account information. To support candidates who have not yet completed the process, NTA has decided to extend the deadline and provide additional time for submission.Click here
Candidates are required to log in to the NEET UG 2026 portal using their credentials and access the refund link to submit details such as account holder name, IFSC code, account number, and bank name. Students may also upload a scanned copy of a cancelled cheque (optional) to ensure accuracy of the submitted bank account information.
NTA has clarified that once bank account details are submitted, they will be treated as final and no further modification will be allowed. Therefore, candidates are advised to carefully verify all banking details before submission to avoid refund-related issues.
