New Delhi, June 13, 2026: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has launched a dedicated digital training programme titled "Pariksha Karmayogi: Capacity-Building Programme for Examination Officials" on the Government of India's iGOT Karmayogi Bharat platform. The initiative aims to strengthen the supervision, invigilation, and overall conduct of NTA examinations, including NEET UG and other large-scale national entrance tests.
The newly launched programme is specifically designed for examination functionaries such as Centre Superintendents and Invigilators who play a crucial role in ensuring fair, transparent, and secure examination processes across the country.
The Pariksha Karmayogi programme consists of four structured modules covering the complete examination lifecycle:
Module 1: Introduction to the course and the role of examination officials in maintaining fairness, transparency, and integrity during examinations.
Module 2: Pre-examination preparedness, including examination centre readiness, security arrangements, logistics planning, and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Module 3: Examination-day operations, covering all critical stages including activities before the examination, commencement procedures, monitoring during the examination, and post-exam responsibilities.
Module 4: Quick Reference Guide offering a concise summary of key instructions, protocols, and responsibilities for examination personnel.
The programme is hosted on the iGOT Karmayogi Bharat platform, enabling standardized, self-paced learning and assessment-based certification for examination officials across India. The certification process is expected to improve procedural compliance, operational efficiency, and accountability at examination centres.
According to NTA, trained examination personnel are essential for conducting large-scale national examinations smoothly and fairly. By introducing uniform standards for examination administration, the agency aims to enhance the credibility and integrity of examinations conducted nationwide.
The initiative reflects NTA's continued focus on technology-driven capacity building and the development of a professional, trained, and certified workforce for examination management.
The launch of Pariksha Karmayogi comes at a time when examination security and transparency are under increased focus. Through structured training and certification, NTA aims to create a more robust and standardized examination ecosystem across India.
