The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell, Mumbai has released the Centralized Admission Process (CAP) Schedule for the LLB 3-Year Course for the academic year 2026-27. The schedule, issued on August 14, 2026, outlines the Round 1 admission process for candidates seeking admission through the Maharashtra CAP system.

According to the notification, College Option Form Filling for CAP Round 1 is being conducted from August 5 to August 16, 2026. The Round 1 seat allocation result will be published on August 19, 2026, at 5:00 PM.

LLB 3-Year CAP Round 1 Option Form Filling

Candidates participating in Maharashtra LLB 3-Year CAP Round 1 must complete their college option form filling by August 16, 2026. Candidates should carefully select their preferred colleges and courses according to their eligibility and admission preferences.

The options submitted by candidates will be considered for the Round 1 seat allocation scheduled for August 19, 2026 at 5:00 PM.

Maharashtra LLB CAP 2026 Seat Allocation

After the Round 1 allocation is published, candidates who receive a seat will have to report to the allocated college and seek admission between August 20 and August 22, 2026.Colleges are required to upload the details of admitted candidates on the CAP portal by August 23, 2026.

Candidates should follow the admission instructions issued through the official CAP portal and complete the required admission formalities within the prescribed deadline.

Registration for Unregistered CET-Qualified Candidates

The notification also provides a separate registration window for unregistered CET-qualified candidates who wish to participate in Round 3 and the Institutional Level Round.Registration for these candidates will remain open from August 5 to September 5, 2026.
