The Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Uttarakhand Medical Education University (HNBUMU) has released an important notice for PWD candidates registered for the Uttarakhand State Centralised Counselling for Nursing and Paramedical courses 2026.

As per the notice published on August 27, 2026, the medical examination of PWD candidates participating in the second round of Uttarakhand State Centralised Counselling will be conducted by the State-level Special Medical Board.

The medical examination is scheduled to be held on August 31, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the District Hospital / Gandhi Shatabdi Eye Hospital, Dehradun.

Uttarakhand Nursing & Paramedical Counselling 2026: PWD Medical Examination

The notice has been issued in accordance with directions received from the Director General, Medical Health & Family Welfare, Uttarakhand.

All registered PWD candidates participating in the Uttarakhand State Centralised Nursing & Paramedical Counselling, Round 2, have been advised to appear before the State-level Special Medical Board on the scheduled date and time.

The purpose of the medical examination is to assess the candidates and facilitate the issuance of their PWD certificate through the designated medical board.

Candidates who are registered for the Uttarakhand State Centralised Nursing & Paramedical Counselling 2026 and are claiming PWD status are required to appear before the State-level Special Medical Board on August 31, 2026.
