Round 2 counselling is being conducted against the vacant seats remaining after Round 1.
The seat matrix will be published on the BCECEB website on September 16, 2026. The Board has also clarified that if additional vacancies arise, they may be communicated at the time of counselling.
If candidates from a particular reserved category are not available for allotment, the concerned reserved seat may be converted according to the applicable rules.
Candidates should complete registration, fee payment and final submission within the prescribed deadlines. BCECEB has advised candidates not to wait until the last date because internet or banking interruptions will not be the responsibility of the Board.

BCECEB has clarified that the B.Arch application/registration is required only once. The same application will be used for seat allotment in all rounds of UGEAC-2026 counselling. Candidates should therefore ensure that all information entered in the application form is accurate and complete.
