Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS), Warangal has issued the official notification for conducting the MD/MS Ayurveda Part I Examinations in November 2026. The notification dated October 1, 2026, states that the theory examinations will commence from November 13, 2026. Eligible candidates are required to complete the examination fee payment within the prescribed schedule.
MD/MS Ayurveda students admitted by KNRUHS during the 2023-24 academic year and earlier batches, whose admissions have been approved by the University, are eligible to appear for the November 2026 examinations. Candidates must have completed the prescribed study period and secured 75% attendance separately in theory and practicals in each subject, subject to the applicable course regulations. Students from previous batches who have failed, were detained or did not register for the examinations conducted earlier may also appear, subject to the prescribed eligibility conditions.
The cut-off date for calculation of attendance percentage is October 12, 2026. Colleges are required to upload the attendance and internal assessment marks of students from October 16 to October 19, 2026. The confirmation date for the uploaded attendance and internal assessment marks is October 21, 2026.
KNRUHS has stated that the University is a digital campus and is implementing digital valuation for its courses. For the MD/MS Ayurveda examinations, candidates will be provided with a single answer booklet carrying a candidate-specific barcode on each page. No additional answer booklet will be issued. Candidates must answer all questions in the single answer booklet provided to them.
For regular MD/MS Ayurveda Part I candidates, the examination fee is INR 2,000. Backlog students have to pay INR 1,000 per subject. In addition, candidates have to pay INR 300 towards the marks memo and INR 350 as processing fee. The processing fee is not applicable to backlog students.
The examination fee is required to be paid online through the designated TCS iON examination portal. The payment link will remain active from October 26, 2026, to November 6, 2026.
Candidates making payment between October 26 and October 30, 2026 can pay without any fine. Payments made from October 31 to November 2, 2026 will attract a fine of INR 200. Payments made from November 3 to November 6, 2026 will attract an additional INR 5,000 fine, along with the applicable INR 200 fine.

The MD/MS Ayurveda Part I theory examinations will be conducted from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Candidates are required to report at the examination centre by 9:00 AM.

The Practical/Clinical Examinations for MD/MS Ayurveda Part I are scheduled to commence from November 23, 2026. Candidates should follow the instructions issued by KNRUHS and their respective institutions regarding the practical and clinical examination schedule.
Candidates are advised to complete their examination fee payment within the prescribed dates and retain the payment confirmation for future reference. They should also report to the examination centre at the stipulated time and follow all instructions issued by the University.
