As per the notification dated September 11, 2026, candidates included in the Kerala Rank List for B.Pharm published by CEE Kerala can participate in the stray vacancy allotment process by registering fresh options online.
The official CEE Kerala website has also listed the notification under its KEAM-2026 Updates, confirming that online options are being invited for the centralized stray vacancy allotment.

Eligible candidates need to log in to the KEAM-2026 Candidate Portal using their application number and password.
After logging in, candidates can access the option registration facility by selecting the “Stray Vacancy Option Registration” menu available on the Home Page.
Candidates should select only those colleges where they are genuinely willing to take admission if allotted a seat.
The notification allows the following categories of candidates to participate:
Candidates receiving an allotment through the stray vacancy process will forfeit their existing admission, wherever applicable.
The process may also fill vacancies arising because of transfers of candidates who are already admitted.
Candidates registering fresh options for the stray vacancy allotment are required to pay the prescribed registration fee.
| Candidate Category | Registration Fee |
|---|---|
| General Candidates | INR 2,000 |
| SC/ST/OEC and specified eligible categories | INR 500 |
The INR 500 fee is applicable to SC/ST/OEC candidates, beneficiaries covered under the specified Government Orders and candidates from Sree Chitra Home, Juvenile Home and Nirbhaya Home, as mentioned in the notification.
The registration fee will be treated differently depending on the allotment outcome:
Candidates should exercise options carefully and only select colleges where they are genuinely prepared to join.
CEE Kerala has clarified that candidates who fail to register fresh options within the prescribed period will not be considered for the centralized stray vacancy allotment.
Candidates should also note that the options submitted in previous allotment phases will not automatically carry forward to this round.
